A website dedicated to documenting the forgotten history of various abandoned places, mainly within New York State, and in neighboring states.

Q) How do I find these sorts of places?

The old traditional approach of searching Google Maps and looking for the key characteristics of an abandoned building—graffiti, broken windows, collapsed roof/wall, or just a general lack of maintenance work.

Q) Can I use your pictures?
