Q) How do I find these sorts of places?

The old traditional approach of searching Google Maps and looking for the key characteristics of an abandoned building—graffiti, broken windows, collapsed roof/wall, or just general lack of maintenance work.

Q) Can I use your pictures?

As long as you first contact me via email and ask first, understand that it's not exactly easy to take these sorts of pictures.
